Restrictions on Functioning of Courts in India
As an important measure of avoiding
large gatherings in view of the coronavirus outbreak, and following the Supreme
Court’s decision to hear only urgent matters[1], the National
Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs)[2] and most of the High Courts across India have limited their
functions as well.
